This is by far our favorite paste tomato.  Rich and flavorful for sauces and fine fresh eating too!!  Long, pepper shaped fruit, 4 to 6 inches long with a pronounced tip at the end.  Silky smooth flesh with very few seeds and very little juice.  Plants have wispy-type almost droopy foliage, but are vigorous and very productive.  Due to the wispy foliage cover, the fruit tends to have green shoulders in the summer but in fall as the sun intensity gets less, the fruit loses the green shoulders and is red from end to end.  Heirloom variety originally from Poland.
